EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in supply chain management, or international business management, or business administration.

EXPERIENCE/JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in wholesale purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management — ideally in apparel, uniforms, or textiles.
  • 5+ years of managerial skills
  • Demonstrated success in vendor negotiations, cost management, and inventory planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, and SAP
  • Experience in international sourcing or logistics
  • Must have vehicle to report to work as there are NO public transportation available.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As our Wholesale Purchasing Manager, you’ll lead the charge in sourcing and securing top-tier uniform products at scale. You’ll play a key role in inventory planning, cost management, and supplier development, ensuring our supply chain remains efficient, ethical, and aligned with company goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale vendors and manufacturers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to optimize cost and quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs based on demand and sales trends.
  • Collaborate with product development and design teams to align sourcing with seasonal collections and client needs.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, pricing shifts, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure all purchases adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze supplier performance and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
