POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Dispositions Manager at Stag Mountain Properties, you will play a crucial role in our real estate operations by managing relationships with Agents and JV Partners, as well as various buyers including Investors, Flippers, and Hedge Funds. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, cultivating leads, scheduling walkthroughs, and negotiating deals to maximize our Assignment Fees. You will also be instrumental in developing partnerships with realtors and buyers to optimize our market presence and revenue potential.

  • Prior Experience with Wholesaling preferred.
