REQUIREMENTS:
Is ambitious and views each account visit as an opportunity to develop and elevate our brand.

Is proactive and actively seeks opportunities and improvements. Is able to develop key relationships within the account.
Is a strong communicator. You will need to work hand in hand with the head office Wholesale team to maximise growth.
You must have a passion for retail. As the Sales and Education Coordinator you will need to possess a clear understanding of retail KPIs and how to drive them accordingly.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday.
Some travel outside of central London required (eg: Bracknell, Maidenhead) – travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Responsibilities:
Represent the brand across multiple wholesale locations.
Tidy fixtures, replenish stock and communicate any stock requirements to store contacts and Head Office.
Maintain our allocated space including cleaning and merchandising as well as implementing any point of sale materials.
Identify any opportunities to elevate location, selling or secure event space.
Develop and nurture relationships with key personnel in all locations.
Help support the implementation and running of occasional sales events.
Provide brand training to host store teams, instilling excitement and knowledge around the product, brand history and it’s values.
Communicate status and opportunities back to Snr CDM and work on plans to realise all growth opportunities.
You will need to work with key stakeholders across both the brand and store accounts. You will be liaising with the Head Office team and your account contacts to maximise the sales of Neal’s Yard Remedies wherever possible.
You will act as a brand ambassador. Ensuring you give the best representation of our brand in all interactions with key accounts and customers.
