JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a highly motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and drive sales in the wholesale tools sector. This role is ideal for someone passionate about tools and sales, with a strong B2B background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Focus on expanding KSEIBI’s market presence specifically in the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain regions.
  • Acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and resellers.
  • Demonstrate a strong sales mindset with a go-getter attitude and results-driven approach.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for wholesale tool products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and prospective clients in both domestic and international markets.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and resellers.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the main point of contact for key accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with wholesale customers.
  • Market Research & Product Knowledge:
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product developments.
  • Work closely with the product team to stay informed about new product launches, features, and technical specifications.
  • Provide feedback on product performance, customer demands, and market gaps.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis:
  • Track sales performance, generate regular sales reports, and provide insights on market trends.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and propose action plans to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery and marketing campaigns
