We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to lead and expand our Wholesale Sales Team. About the Role As our Wholesale Sales Manager, you will oversee the Wholesale Sales Channel, providing leadership, strategy, and coaching to our team of Sales Representatives. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, mentoring your team, building long-term relationships with wholesale clients, and ensuring Lakeside continues to grow as a market leader across West Michigan. This position requires a mix of strategic leadership and hands-on client engagement. You will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences and profitable growth.
