EXPERIENCE AND ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a sales support/ coordinator role or administrative position within a sales department.
  • Good English communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with customers, sales representatives, and other departments within the organization.
  • Eager to embrace challenges and take responsibility for driving projects and developments in alignment with the company’s strategy.
  • A real team player as you will collaborate closely with the sales team and other stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with an eye for the details.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and generate reports to support decision-making.
  • A customer-focused mindset is essential.
  • Experience with Qlik or similar BI tools.
  • Experience with BC or similar ERP tools.
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
Responsibilities
  • Client and sales support: Coordinate client inquiries and maintain relationships while supporting retailer queries and assisting in preparing proposals and presentations, working closely with sales representatives for meetings and follow-ups.
  • Sales team facilitation: Support the development and implementation of sales strategies while analyzing sales reports and forecasts. Additionally, assist the sales team with order collation and administrative tasks to streamline operations.
  • Pricing management: Create wholesale price lists in conjunction with the sales team.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate communication between sales and other departments, ensuring shared goals. Relay client feedback to enhance product development.
  • Assortment planning: Assess past wholesale performance. Get input from the sales team and retail partners on upcoming space changes and range improvements. Develop a core product lineup with a strong focus on retail execution. Spot seasonal chances for boosting wholesale sales and craft a plan. Support the sales team in collecting wholesale forecasts for demand forecast. Collaborate with the sales team on planograms for retailers. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries and restocking.
  • Maximise profit: Utilize retailer sell-out data to comprehend sell-through, suggest strategic collaboration with retailers to enhance sales, and coordinate stock rotation windows with the sales team.
  • Performance review: Leverage both retailer sell-out and sell-in data for wholesale performance analysis, use sell-out data for trading proposals, and develop Qlik reports to guide decision-making.
  • Project Participation: Involvement in both internal and external projects.
  • Event and Travel Coordination: Organizing sales events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
