Hands-on experience with business-grade networking equipment, such as Cisco ISR, Fortinet Firewalls, and Cisco Meraki. Solid knowledge of both basic and advanced networking technologies and protocols, including QoS, MPLS, IPSEC, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VRF, SD-WAN, and Layer 2. Experience with managed services, including Cloud Connect, Hosted Phone Systems, and Managed Routing & Switching. Relevant technical certifications, such as CCNA, NSE4, or CompTIA A+ Networking.
