Job Description As Somfy expands its presence in the electrical market, we’re looking for a passionate Wholesaler Business Developer, based in Poland, to drive growth within the electrical wholesale sector. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing and expanding our Electrical Wholesaler sales channel, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening Somfy’s presence among electricians and the broader electrotechnical community. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to target and engage electrical wholesalers. Build and nurture strong relationships with key electrical wholesale partners to drive sales growth and increase market penetration. Ensure Somfy’s products are prominently featured in electrical wholesalers’ showrooms and digital platforms, enhancing visibility and accessibility. Define and execute annual action plans with targeted customers. Coordinate the execution of these action plans by collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and product management teams, ensuring alignment and synergy across initiatives. Provide training and support to wholesalers, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively promote Somfy products. Present and promote Somfy solutions to indirect customers, demonstrating their benefits and integration possibilities within their own offerings. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and deliver insights to support data-driven decision-making. Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years) in business development or sales, ideally within the electrical wholesale industry. Strong understanding of wholesale sales processes and strategies specific to electrical products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners and clients. Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product management) to drive initiatives forward. Proficient in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools (such as Salesforce, Power BI, etc.). Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
