Job Description As our new WHS Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting TOMRA’s WHS strategy and culture. Partnering closely with leaders and teams, you will help build sustainable safety systems, strengthen safety capability, and ensure our people can work safely - wherever they are. This is a hands on, high impact role where you will: Review, strengthen, and streamline WHS governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of TOMRA’s WHS Management System. Analyse WHS lead and lag indicators to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Facilitate performance monitoring and support delivery of WHS KPIs across operations. Lead or support incident investigations (5 Whys, ICAM), ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Develop and deliver targeted WHS and Quality training to uplift capability across the organisation. Partner with leaders to embed safe behaviours and a strong safety culture. Maintain WHS documentation, registers, risk assessments, safe work instructions, and emergency procedures. Provide expert advice on WHS legislation and compliance across multiple Australian jurisdictions. Champion safety across all TOMRA sites - modelling the behaviours and standards we expect. Qualifications You will bring: Diploma OHS and/or Cert IV in WHS (required) Cert IV in Training & Assessment (highly regarded) WHS investigation certifications (5 Whys, ICAM) - desirable Experience influencing and partnering with stakeholders across diverse operational environments Highly developed communication, time management, and digital adaptability skills Strong capability in risk management and practical problem solving You’re someone who: Works proactively and collaboratively Builds trusted relationships at all levels Brings structure, clarity, and continuous improvement to systems Is passionate about creating safer workplaces and empowering others to do the same Additional Information What's in it for you?
