Job Description In this role, you will collaborate with our Safety Manager and dedicated hospital teams to lead and support critical safety initiatives that protect our people, patients and visitors. You will play a key role in fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards across the hospital. Key responsibilities include: Embedding and maintaining the Ramsay Safety Management System, including templates, processes and documentation. Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions to minimise future risks. Conducting risk assessments, site audits and workplace safety training. Developing, reviewing and maintaining effective safety policies and practices. Preparing and presenting safety performance reports to internal stakeholders. About You: Relevant qualifications and/or experience in Workplace Health and Safety. Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management principles. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to analyse incidents and implement practical safety improvements. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
