MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

• 8+ years in Wi-Fi architecture, development, or QA
• Strong knowledge of 802.11 protocols (a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be)
• Security (WPA2/WPA3), mesh/steering (802.11k/v/r), and performance analysis
• Wi-Fi automation tools and standards (IEEE, WFA, WBA, IETF)
• Strong debugging, leadership, and DevOps environment experience

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

• Hands-on DOCSIS 3.0/3.1/4.0 experience
• Wi-Fi and Wireless Client testing
• Experience with triage, beta testing, and network troubleshooting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and define end-to-end Wi-Fi architecture on CPE platforms
• Optimize radio and antenna parameters to improve Wi-Fi performance
• Develop real-world test simulations and industry-standard test plans
• Lead Wi-Fi technical initiatives, cross-functional testing, and automation efforts
• Mentor QA/Engineering teams and establish best practices in fast-paced environments

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Test and validate DOCSIS-based CPE devices and back-end systems
• Provide L1 escalation support for CPE and Wi-Fi issues
• Perform software/network engineering validation and triage in field/beta environments
• Handle testing for devices like modems, gateways, eMTAs, routers, OLTs, and STBs
• Draft and maintain test plans and configurations
• Attend scrums and bug review meetings
