The key responsibilities include: Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with retail chains, shopping malls, public transport authorities, and operators to understand their connectivity needs. Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute targeted sales strategies to promote Wi-Fi solutions that improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and data analytics capabilities in retail and transport environments. Needs Analysis: Assess clients' current network infrastructure and business requirements to recommend appropriate Wi-Fi products and services that enhance user experience and support digital transformation. Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Wi-Fi solutions, emphasizing benefits such as seamless connectivity, security, and scalability. Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare customized proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements aligned with client budgets and expectations. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and installation crews to ensure smooth implementation and integration of Wi-Fi solutions.
