Description Individuals interested in this opportunity should demonstrate strong leadership qualities and a good understanding of foundry operations. Collaborating with technical resources at the facility, this role will be responsible for developing a safe, stable process for producing vacuum melted investment castings. As processes and procedures are created, this person will be responsible for executing the process (shell preparation, oven operation, vacuum melt and pour operations), managing inventory/supplies, maintaining equipment condition, supporting maintenance activities, and training others. Requirements High school education or equivalent experience. Requires the ability to read and write, add, and subtract numbers and a general knowledge of computer systems. Candidates should possess a broad knowledge of foundry operations. Strong inter-personal skills and ability to collaborate is essential to being successful in this role. Expect to problem solve, collaborating with maintenance functions, and train others; demonstrated experience with these skills are preferred.
