IHC Hamilton County WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) in Noblesville is recruiting for a WIC Clerk to join our committed and skilled team. The WIC Clerk works with other WIC staff and WIC clients provides customer service to WIC clients, including initial screening, orientation and managing appointments. The WIC Clerk promotes breastfeeding as the preferred method of infant feeding by supporting the WIC participants, their families, and the public at large. Orienting clients to the WIC program. Providing information about foods available and authorized vendors and explains the purpose of the WIC identification folder. Explaining the purpose of the WIC identification folder. Issuing WIC checks and secures required electronic signatures. Sending form letters to clients covering eligibility, sanction, and appointment reminders. Participating in occasional outreach work. Assisting in the preparation of monthly reports., and completes other standard clerical tasks..
