KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The WICS Project Coordinator will work collaboratively with the WICS Project Director and Co-Directors on specific short- and long-term projects. In this role, the WICS PC will oversee tasks delegated by the project team; coordinate with internal departments, external partners, and WICS Scholars (stipend recipients); and ensure that the project is moving forward on time and on budget. The WICS PC will need to be highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently. They will: Manage project documents, including student commitment letters, MOUs, clinical placement agreements, accreditation and licensing certifications, and other documents, as required; Provide administrative support for the project team in accordance with project goals and activities; Coordinate WICS-centered activities, meetings, and planning between the project team and internal departments, such as Recruitment and the Finance Office, as well as WICS Scholars and WICS applicants; Coordinate activities, meetings, and planning between the project team and external partners, including the Evaluator, Experiential Clinical leadership, and Internship Supervisors; Organize and monitor the project schedule and see that deadlines are met. Coordinate and assist with planning, promotion, timelines, and implementation of WICS-specific events, including the WICS Symposium; Collect and manage WICS student data and other WICS data as assigned and according to FIPSE and all other requirements; Track and apply project expenses, communicate budget issues to the project team and ORSP, and help ensure resources are used efficiently; and Assist with research, reporting, and other duties as needed in support of WICS project goals, objectives, and activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field OR 2+ years’ relevant work experience in a behavioral health or academic support role; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving; Able to proactively address potential issues; Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Collaborative working style and team-player attitude; Highly motivated with a strong work ethic; Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the team’s success; Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
