Description

Focus: Drive B2B sales by engaging new and existing clients with tailored Wi-Fi and enterprise network solutions. Drive outbound sales through calls, email, and in-person meetings to understand client needs, build relationships, and consistently meet sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

· 1–3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role ideally with Wi‑Fi/network solutions or IT industries. Previous experience in a target-driven environment is highly desirable.
· Strong technical understanding of Wi‑Fi, networking infrastructure, and enterprise solutions with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
· Experience managing complex sales cycles, from prospecting to closing large B2B contracts. Strong relationship-building skills to develop client trust and ensure long-term satisfaction.
· A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a keen interest in technology sales. Confidence in presenting tailored solutions and handling client objections professionally.
· Experience using customer relationship management tools (e.g. Zoho, Capsule) to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
· A proactive, flexible team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, service, and technical support teams.
· Computer skills, comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (for basic data manipulation), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a consistent focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
· Valid UK driving licence preferred, with a willingness to travel for customer site visits or events if necessary.

Responsibilities

New Business Development: Proactively identify and approach new customer leads within your assigned territory to grow the client base and expand market presence.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their connectivity needs and ensure they receive tailored Wi‑Fi and broadband solutions. This may include site visits to provide personalised service and support.
Solution Presentation: Confidently present customised broadband and Wi‑Fi solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives, including proposals, contracts, and delivery schedules, ensuring timely and professional communication with all stakeholders.
CRM & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, leads, opportunities, and follow-ups within the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs, contributing to the overall growth of the sales team.
Events & Field Promotion: Represent the company at events, pop-up stalls, or on-site at property developments to actively promote services and generate interest.
Post-Sales Support: Coordinate post-project follow-ups, gather client feedback, and contribute to reporting and performance analysis to improve future sales strategies and ensure high client satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal service, support, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless contract execution and outstanding customer experiences.
