Wild Goose Winery, nestled in the heart of Okanagan Falls, is seeking a passionate and experienced Estate & Hospitality Manager (Successor) to join our team.
With our current Manager set to retire at the end of 2025, this role offers a rare succession opportunity to train alongside them during the 2025 season and step fully into the position beginning in 2026.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a small, dedicated team. You’ll be actively involved in the daily operations of our winery estate while leading our hospitality team to deliver an outstanding guest experience across our tasting room, bistro patio, picnic area, and guest house.
We are looking for a leader with strong hospitality management experience, operational excellence, a guest-first mindset, and alignment with our brand values.
