Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort. Interested in engaging people with wildlife stories? This position offers you the opportunity to facilitate overnight camps, tours and other programmes for our guests and school groups. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct and facilitate overnight camps, tours and other paid experiences for public and overseas school groups. - Delivering programmes to provide excellent and memorable guest experience. - Ensure safety of all guests, including performing overnight sentry duty if needed. - Other relevant duties as assigned. Job Requirements: - Minimum commitment of 7 months, 3 days per week (including weekends and public holidays) - Able to work at least 2 weekdays and 1 weekend per week. - Good command of spoken English. - Experience in conducting tours and engaging large groups is an added advantage. - Strong interest in conservation, nature, wildlife and public education. - Comfortable with handling animals such as insects and reptiles during programmes. - Enjoy working outdoors and inspiring people to protect wildlife. - Possessing a Class 2 or 3 Driving License will be an advantage. - Able to work night shifts for Night Safari experiences will be beneficial. Training is compulsory for all successful candidates: - 3-day foundational training and assessment in July 2026 - On-Job Training and On-Job Assessment
