JOB SUMMARY:

Hidden Hills Ranch is looking for a reliable and hardworking Exotic Ranch Hand. This part-time, on-site role is perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping a ranch clean, organized, and running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for general ranch maintenance, animal care, and assisting with hunting operations/transportation, all while enjoying the rewarding work of managing a thriving property.
Please note that reliable daily transportation to and from the ranch in Caldwell, TX is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience operating a dozer (preferred, but not required).
• Clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from the ranch.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
• Capable of working independently and efficiently.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions, including the Texas heat.
• Experience pulling trailers greater than 30 feet

GENERAL RANCH DUTIES:

• Feeding and maintaining whitetail and exotic animals.
• Upkeep of pens, supplies, and general housekeeping.

Grounds Care: (The Bulk of the Role)

• Mowing, shredding, and weedeating.
• Repair and maintenance of equipment, fences, feeders, and water sources.
