REQUIREMENTS:

· Valid driving licence and access to a car/van essential.
· Experience of sales or fundraising is ideal but full training will be given for the right candidate.
· Outgoing, driven with the confidence to approach people to strike up a conversation.
. Must be able to work at least one weekend day each week.
· Love nature and wildlife and passionate about making a difference.
· Enjoy working outdoors and at multiple sites.
· Self-starter with a resilient “can-do” attitude.
· IT proficient with great communication skills both verbally and written English.
· Goal-driven to achieve and exceed targets.

South West Wildlife Fundraising Ltd (SWWFL), working on behalf of ShWT and wholly-owned by 8 Wildlife Trust Charities, is seeking passionate, patient, self-motivated, fun-loving, hard-working people with resilience and heaps of determination to join our expanding team across Shropshire.
This role is ideal for someone who gets a ‘buzz’ out of influencing or ‘selling’, are passionate about supporting local wildlife, has experience to ‘give back’, is looking for flexibility and a sense of purpose in their working life.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To inspire members of the public to become supporters of Shropshire WT by giving affordable monthly donations.
Working at a wide variety of pre-booked venues and events including shows, events, garden centres, farmers markets, retail stores and corporate locations with full support of our branded marketing display to engage members of the public with confidence. (No street or door to door fundraising)
