Job Details Job Location: Willamette Pass - Crescent Lake Jct, OR 97733 Position Type: Seasonal Willamette Pass Resort (www.willamettepass.ski), located on Highway 58 (a quick hour from either Eugene or the Bend/La Pine areas) is hiring for the Winter 2025/2026 season! If you are interested in a seasonal role (anticipated start of season is 12/2025 to end of season 5/2026) apply now. We will begin contacting applicants for interviews in September. Positions may include: Guest Services Rentals Ski & Snowboard Instructors Ski Patrol Lift Operators Ticket Scanners Restaurant cooks & cashiers Lounge Bartenders Groomers Terrain Park Attendants Parking Attendants Custodians Snowmaking Lift Maintenance Qualifications Willamette Pass Resort will be open 7 days a week for the 2025/2026 season, you must be available to work on weekends and holidays and anticipate a schedule of three to four days a week. Employees get a season pass, discounts on food, rentals and retail along with the opportunity to experience riding exceptional terrain in one of the largest National Forests in the US. Ski It! Responsibilities

Employees will be responsible for various roles including guest services, ski instruction, and maintenance tasks. The resort will operate seven days a week, requiring staff to work weekends and holidays.
