Join us in making a meaningful impact at Goodwill! We are hiring full-time retail associates to sort, hang, and tag quality apparel and domestic donations, ensuring compliance with soft-line department quality standards. You will uphold customer service standards by greeting and thanking customers and donors, in accordance with agency policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Stay knowledgeable of brand names, current and vintage items, fashion trends, and price points for apparel and domestic categories. Sorts apparel into salable and salvage categories. Provides quality assurance by checking for tears, stains, wetness, smell, soiled, broken zippers, and missing buttons. Items must be flaw-free. Hangs and tags quality donations quickly, according to agency standards, while meeting or exceeding individual production targets. Always maintain the processing area in a neat and clean condition. The station should always be ready for the next shift. Embodies DGR MODE Guiding Principles. Other duties as assigned.
