We are looking for a keen and motivated Consultant to join the Wills and Estates Planning team and help make a difference to our customers.

  • Ongoing, full-time role - 35 hours per week
  • Location: Sydney
  • Clerk Grade 3/4. Base salary $82,193 p.a. to $90,001 p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Current driver licence and ability to travel across NSW as required.
  • Willingness to obtain accreditation in Will making, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents. Training and accreditation is provided by NSW Trustee & Guardian.
  • Willingness to have phone calls and team email accounts monitored for quality assurance and training purposes, and to participate in one-to-one review sessions for calls and emails.
  • Available to work after hours and weekends as required and in particular circumstances.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role is responsible for the delivery of professional, high quality and timely Wills and Estate Planning services, including drafting simple planning ahead documents, for the NSW community. The role is required to contribute to team performance within the Wills and Estate Planning Network including increasing our market share and providing direct and timely administrative support to ensure the provision of a seamless end-to-end service that is customer and outcome focussed.
