PROBATE LEAD

  • £50,000 DOE plus bonus
  • Hybrid – 1 day a week/fortnight in the office
  • Permanent
    Our client is a well-respected provider of probate and estate administration services, and we are pleased to be recruiting for a Probate Lead join their friendly team.
    In addition to managing a caseload of complex estates (high-value, taxable), will support the Legal Services Director with the preparation and delivery of technical training across the department.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is required

Responsibilities
  • Managing a full caseload of c40 estates at any given time depending on complexity
  • Carrying out full reviews, completing associated technical work, and providing regular client updates
  • Taking ownership of sensitive estates, building trust with clients throughout the review and management of the estate
  • Dealing with and advising on the most complex legal and tax queries
  • Providing guidance to other team members ensuring their specialist knowledge is always up to date within estate administration
  • Identifying and escalating any regulatory, legislative, and industry changes
