We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Wills & Probate Secretary join our Private Client team. This role will involve providing essential support to fee earners, assisting with the preparation of legal documents, managing client correspondence, and ensuring the efficient handling of probate applications and estate administration.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will:

• Have prior experience in a legal secretary or administrative role, ideally within Wills & Probate
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload efficiently
• Work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Possess excellent communication and IT skills
• Be meticulous with attention to detail and capable of handling confidential information sensitively
• Show a proactive approach with a willingness to assist with various tasks, including occasional work outside core hours if required
