The firm’s headquarters are at North Gower Street, a 5 minute walk from Euston station, with a regional office at Edward Pavilion, Royal Albert Dock, Liverpool.

Responsibilities:

The Private Client Team is now looking to recruit a Solicitor who will be responsible for their own caseload of Wills, Probate and Lasting Power of Attorney and PI Trust matters and where necessary assist the Partners.

The ideal candidate will likely exhibit all or most of the following criteria:

  • 1-2 years PQE experience;
  • Experience drafting wills and making amendments;
  • Estate administration, have experience obtaining grants of probate and letters of administration;
  • Be able to support internal Departments to obtain Letters of Administration for the purpose of litigation.
  • Drafting and advising on lasting powers of attorney documents;
  • Dealing with initial client enquiries
  • PI trust matters to assist our PI Departments (training will be given);
  • Close attention to detail;
  • Personable with excellent communication skills;

In terms of support, the successful candidate will have assistance from paralegals, trainees, and personal assistance within the Private Client team.
Remuneration will be competitive and will depend on the individual’s circumstances. We work in a hybrid structure with 3 days in the office and 2 working from home, after a successful probation period has been completed.
