This role has a targets/KPIs in respect of:
· Billing;
· Time recording (including chargeable time);
· Turnaround times; and
· Others to be confirmed on commencement of the role.

This role is ideally suited for an experienced and driven Private Client Solicitor of NQ experience or higher, ideally with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in private client.
The attributes required for the role are as follows;
· A personable, confident and articulate communicator;
· Excellent interpersonal skills;
· Must be able to build strong, valuable relationships with clients;
· Excellent client care skills and attitude;
· Sound knowledge of all areas of law within the practice in order to refer appropriate clients and to work collaboratively with colleagues;
· Self-managing – able to comfortably run own caseload with a broad range of private client matters;
· Independent research skills including use of Lexis+, Practical Law, etc.;
· Must be able to work towards and achieve set targets and KPI’s;
· Excellent planning and organisational skills;
· Able to up-sell, on-sell and cross-sell services;
· Attention to detail;
· Proficient in the use of IT, MS Office, MS Excel and CMS (ideally LEAP);
· Proficient in the use of private client specific resources including MyHMCTS and HMRC’s TRS;
· Effective networker.
