Movera is seeking a Wills & Probate Solicitor to join our established team. Here, you’ll deliver expert advice on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Inheritance Planning, and more, all while championing exceptional client experiences and leading a dedicated support team.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days a week in our Stockport Office following the initial training period. There may be an adhoc requirement for client home visits.

• Manage a personal caseload, delivering against targets by providing high-quality, timely, and professional advice on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Inheritance Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, and Trusts, always acting in the client’s best interest.
• Prioritise and manage deadlines independently, handling complex inquiries and drafting necessary legal documents while maintaining detailed records and timely communication (phone and email).
• Ensure exceptional client experience, especially for vulnerable individuals, by offering compassionate and sensitive advice, managing expectations, recognising potential risks, and resolving issues without compromising the client or business.
• Oversee accurate billing and fund disbursement, suggest policy and procedure improvements, and ensure compliance with company policy.
• Team Management: Provide effective leadership and guidance to support staff.
