Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of brokerage or bank operational experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, leadership, education.

Responsibilities

Wells Fargo Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) organization is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee the Alternative Investment Operations processing team. Alternative Investments is an asset class that is growing rapidly, and this team and leader will need to be able to effectively grow and scale with the evolving business. This will require direct management and oversight of a team focusing on daily transaction processing, as well as identifying and leading opportunities for process improvement and automation. This leader will also be a change management driver, utilizing analysis from quality results, key risk data, industry direction, and challenges with business process and customer experience results to efficiently drive change

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop teams to successfully execute on implementation requests across specialized products and/or functions such as Private Capital, Hedge Funds, and Exchange Funds.
  • Engage and influence peers, risk, compliance, and executive level management to sustainable change.
  • Identify, recommend, and lead opportunities for initiatives, strategy, and sustainability of change.
  • Examine information, interpret results, and identify trends.
  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions needed to create efficiency in how a successful implementation is delivered to customers.
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures for change implementation.
  • Collaborate with and influence peers, risk, compliance, and executive level managers.
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to appropriately support the business.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
