Greenvolt Power is seeking a Wind Project Developer in Bucharest to support the development and construction of wind energy projects. The role involves coordinating project activities, supporting senior management, and ensuring tasks are completed in line with company quality standards, timelines, and objectives. Key accountabilities Support the day-to-day management of wind projects, including planning and coordinating tasks from early-stage development through construction. Assist in negotiations and communications with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders. Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Contribute to risk identification and propose mitigation measures. Prepare project documentation and reports for internal management. Support contract management processes (Supply, EPC, O&M) under guidance from senior colleagues. Coordinate with consultants and advisors on environmental and technical studies (e.g., wind assessments, EIAs, noise studies). Support activities related to permitting procedures and regulatory requirements for wind projects. Collaborate with technical teams on grid connection studies and applications. University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in renewable energies or infrastructure. Knowledge or interest in the energy regulatory environment and permitting processes. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken). Willingness to travel when required. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
