Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and motivated Window and Door Sales Consultant who thrives on a challenge and is self-disciplined. Join our phenomenal team culture and enjoy uncapped earning potential!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Passionate, highly goal-oriented individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or GED; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, vehicle insurance, and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen, credit check, and criminal check.
  • Basic computer and math skills (particularly making calculations using a tape measure).
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Sales experience or training is a plus (particularly in-home sales).

EDUCATION:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Responsibilities
  • Meet with pre-qualified in-home leads to present, demonstrate, price, and sell replacement windows and doors.
  • Consult with customers to select the right replacement products that best fit their needs.
  • Generate in-home sales opportunities by building trust and educating customers.
  • Identify customer needs and wants.
  • Evaluate, measure, and specify home improvement project options.
  • Build effective proposals and utilize a consultative selling approach.
  • Negotiate and close sales.
  • Submit project and contract documentation on time.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
