We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Window Cleaning Operative to join JADE WCSS Ltd.

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a valid driving licence. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that windows are cleaned to the highest standards. As a Window Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance of residential and commercial properties. You will be provided with a fully equipped company van, complete with a reach-and-wash system, for your daily tasks.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in window cleaning preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• A valid driving licence is required for this position, enabling travel to different job sites.
• A proactive attitude towards work, with an emphasis on quality and attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out window cleaning using both traditional methods and the reach-and-wash pole-fed system on commercial and residential properties (internal and external).

DUTIES

• Clean windows using appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free results.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times while working at heights or using ladders.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments.
• Maintain equipment and supplies in good working order and report any issues promptly.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to complete jobs within designated timeframes.
