WE ARE SEEKING FULL-TIME TEAM LEADS/SUPERVISORS TO WORK MONDAY TO FRIDAY.

What We’re Looking For: If you’re someone who thrives on being organized, energetic, and detail-oriented, we want to hear from you! You should be comfortable with physical work, including bending, lifting, standing, and working at heights. Experience with customer service and sales is a plus!

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Sales and/or leadership experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of industry-related health and safety regulations and a proven record of compliance
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to safely operate aerial lifts, scaffolding, and related equipment (preferred but not required)
  • Comfortable working at various heights
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Must have transportation to and from Newmarket and/or East Gwillimbury (company vehicle provided from job to job)
  • A valid G driver’s license and clean driving record are required
  • Experience is appreciated but not essential. A positive attitude and coachability are key qualities we value

Responsibilities
  • Inventory and equipment management: Ensure that all supplies, tools, and equipment are fully stocked, well-maintained, and in safe working order.
  • Hands-on service: Perform window and eavestrough cleaning, provide whitening and repairs for eavestroughs and downspouts, install new eavestroughs, power wash/soft wash surfaces, and install, maintain, and remove holiday lights.
  • Customer and team communication: Serve as the main point of contact for customers and team members on-site, ensuring jobs are completed to satisfaction, in alignment with company quality and safety standards.
  • Administrative coordination: Oversee job quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and CRM (Jobber) use, ensuring efficient administration in the field.
  • Training and development: Lead the ongoing training and professional development of both new and existing employees, identifying skills gaps and addressing training needs.
  • Team guidance: Provide strong leadership and guidance to all team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, skills, and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Equipment and vehicle maintenance: Monitor inventory levels, ensuring equipment cleanliness and proper vehicle maintenance, and assist the team with upkeep. Drive company vehicles in adherence to the Corporate Fleet Driving Policy.
  • Client relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, listening attentively to customer needs and preferences to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Sales and business growth: Proactively promote and sell company services to existing and prospective customers, including providing in-person quotes.
  • Feedback and improvement: Provide feedback to management, offering recommendations for improving team performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow-up: Conduct post-service follow-ups and callbacks to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
  • Attend all required team meetings and safety briefings
  • Other duties as assigned
