REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools is essential.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, design standards, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills.Mandarin/Cantonese/Polish is a plus.
  • Relevant Experience 3 years+ in windows and doors.
  • Strong Excel and Adobe PDF skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook is a plus.
  • Familiarity with additional design software or tools is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Use the company’s specialized software (highly similar to AutoCAD) to produce detailed final drawings and specifications, including parts lists and cost information.
  • Perform basic calculations to determine layout, material strength, and structural design requirements.
  • Modify and revise designs to correct deficiencies or reduce production issues.
  • Review plans and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet project specifications, complete documentation packages, and produce drawing sets.
  • Coordinate and consult with other staff to design, layout, or detail components and systems, and resolve design-related issues.
  • Organize and maintain the design and CAD digital file database for each project.
