Window Film Installation (Primary Skill Set Required) Work independently and efficiently on: Schools & Universities (security, solar, safety films) Government & Municipal buildings Commercial offices & retail storefronts Residential homes (privacy, heat reduction, decorative films) Healthcare facilities Glass Installation & Repair (Training Provided) Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will: Assist with, then independently perform, glass repair and replacement Install windows, insulated units, doors, storefront glass, and more Use tablet-based tools for scheduling, job details, quotes, invoicing, and payment Maintain proper stock, equipment, and a clean company vehicle Represent Glass Doctor with professionalism, communication, and customer service Requirements Window Film Experience Minimum 3 years of professional window film installation (commercial and/or residential) Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail General Requirements Solid mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Reliable transportation and excellent work ethic Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience in glass or construction trades is a plus (not required) Who We’re Looking For A motivated, detail-oriented professional who: Takes pride in quality workmanship Enjoys problem-solving and hands-on work Wants long-term career growth in a respected trade Appreciates a supportive, team-oriented environment Is excited to expand from film installation into a broader glass career
