Position Overview As an In-House Window Installer, you’ll provide customers with high quality window and door installation and/or service while maintaining positive customer relations. This role is essential to the customer’s home improvement journey and contributes directly to department and company goals. Key Responsibilities Install new products following company guidelines and instructions from your manager. Provide excellent customer service during installations and service visits — aim for top satisfaction scores. Make sure all materials and paperwork are ready before each job, including checking your vehicle inventory. Complete and turn in all required paperwork accurately and on time. Keep your manager and coordinator updated on service results and what’s needed for follow-up. Collect service fees from customers and help set up displays or marketing materials when needed. Show up on time, look professional, and be flexible with changing schedules. Keep learning and improving your skills to stay up to date with the job and industry.
