QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documentation
• Physically capable of working in a fast-paced production setting
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptable mindset
• Engineering training or background is an asset
• Hands-on, proactive, and willing to take on diverse tasks
