Tint World in Gilroy, CA is looking for a committed and motivated Window Tint Installer with a minimum of 1 year experience. This person will be responsible for the installation of products on both new and used vehicles in a state-of-the-art, facility that focuses on luxury cars. Experience in Paint Protection Film installation is also recommended as well, but not required.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB?

• Work in a fast-paced environment with various work schedules.
• At least one year’s experience as a specialty tint technician in an aftermarket or Auto Dealership is required.
• Possesses a strong attention to detail.
• Able to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
• General mechanical skills.
• Ability to operate power and hand tools and other types of machinery safely.
• Attend additional training as needed or dictated.
• Willingness to learn new skills in other areas of the business.

  Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

• Subject matter expert in Automotive Window Film.
• Installation to conform to manufacturer and customer specifications and expectations.
• Window Tint installer can perform quality work without direct and/or continual supervision, multi-tasking as necessary.
• Understand and operate computer cutting software, and Graphtec plotter system.
• Attention to detail to deliver a consistent high-quality installation.
• Follow Tint World safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, dust, harsh chemicals.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Tint World’s and this location’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customer, co-workers, and suppliers.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
