Description About the Job: Full-Time Window Washer Location: Projects throughout San Diego County and occasional work in Los Angeles County. Must have reliable transportation to arrive at our yard off Mission Gorge Rd, and will drive a company vehicle to go to job sites. Position Summary: The Window Washing Technician performs a variety of general labor, cleaning, window washing, and special projects as assigned using window washing equipment. Primary Responsibilities: Check the equipment to make sure you have an adequate water supply and that it is working properly. Clean windows using a squeegee, tucker pole, boom lift, and swing stage as needed. Clear the job site and store equipment correctly. Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury. Miscellaneous projects as assigned related to window washing. Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong interpersonal & relationship-building skills with peers and supervisors. Oral and written communication skills. Ability to read and understand instructions (either written or oral). Ability to engage safety harnesses and wire cables to be used at heights. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is helpful.
