ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Systems Administrator to manage and support our on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, virtualization, and modern identity/security frameworks. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on technical work in datacenter environments.
This is a hybrid position based out of Columbus, OH. Exact in-office schedule will be determined based on business needs and discussed during onboarding.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Intune, OneDrive, and Exchange.
• Maintain and troubleshoot VMware virtual environments
• Perform on-site datacenter tasks including server deployment, hardware maintenance, racking, cabling, and environmental monitoring. Contribute to the design and enforcement of Zero Trust architecture
• Stay current with emerging technologies in Windows administration and VMware virtualization, with interest in AI technologies preferred.
