Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory,
  • DNS, DHCP, and file services
  • Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory services, including user
  • management, security groups, and Group Policy
  • Deploy and manage virtual desktop solutions across the organisation
  • Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Configure and manage Windows-based security solutions and ensure compliance
  • with security policies
  • Provide technical support and guidance for complex Windows-related issues
  • Manage and optimise AWS cloud resources and services
  • Implement and maintain configuration management solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows systems administration
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA, or Microsoft 365 Certified)
  • Strong experience in Active Directory administration, Group Policy management,and Windows Server management
  • Proven experience with virtual desktop solutions (e.g., VMware Horizon, Citrix
  • Virtual Apps and Desktops)
  • Understanding of AWS cloud services and infrastructureExperience with configuration management tool

  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect)
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience with monitoring tools and systems
  • Knowledge of containerisation technologies
