REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Proven experience in Windows Clustering, Active Directory, PAM, Azure, GCP, and other listed technologies.
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell.
  • In-depth understanding of Windows Server hardening techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA).
  • Azure/GCP industry certification
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with additional automation tools and scripting languages.Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities
  • Windows Clustering: Design, configure, and manage Windows Server Failover Clustering (WSFC) for high availability and disaster recovery.
  • Active Directory: Administer and maintain Active Directory (AD) services, including user and group management, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and domain controller configuration.
  • Privilege Access Management (PAM): Manage PAM solutions to ensure secure access to critical systems and data.
  • Cloud Services (Azure & GCP): Deploy, manage, and monitor cloud infrastructure on Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Data Keeper: Utilize DataKeeper for synchronous and asynchronous replication to ensure data redundancy and high availability.
  • PowerShell Scripting: Develop, test, and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of system administration tasks and process improvements.
  • Group Policy: Create, modify, and troubleshoot GPOs to manage and secure Windows environments effectively.
  • MSSQL Cluster Management: Configure and manage MSSQL clusters to ensure database availability, performance, and reliability.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Windows environments, including performance bottlenecks, system failures, and security breaches.
  • SFTP and Globalscape: Implement and manage Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) solutions and administer Globalscape for secure data transfer and storage.
  • Distributed Microsoft Windows-based Systems: Design, deploy, and manage distributed Windows-based systems to support business applications and services.
  • Microsoft Certification: Maintain relevant Microsoft certifications to ensure up-to-date knowledge and adherence to best practices.
  • Network and Windows Server Hardening: Implement security measures and best practices to harden Windows servers and network infrastructure against potential threats.
  • Automation and CI/CD: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and configuration management processes.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations, procedures, and changes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
