Position: Windows Engineer – MFA / SSO Project
Job Type: Contract (through end of 2025)
Location: Remote
Rate: Competitive / hr. W2 or C2C

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong experience with Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and Entra ID.
  • Knowledge of AD Domain Services, including Domain Controllers and DNS.
  • Expertise in Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Azure AD Connect.
  • Solid experience implementing SSO and MFA using Microsoft’s MFA authentication.
  • Well-versed in SAML and OIDC protocols for identity federation.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise environments and third-party SSO integrations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide ticket support.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Silverfort Identity Security Platform.
  • Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon Identity Protection.
  • Prior experience managing MFA/SSO projects at scale.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset for complex identity scenarios.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple applications and environments.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized in handling technical tasks.

Responsibilities

ROLE SYNOPSIS:

The Windows Engineer will support a Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) project for approximately 170 applications. The role requires hands-on expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, and federated identity services. The engineer will work with cross-functional teams, including security and application development, to implement, maintain, and support secure authentication solutions across multiple environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement and maintain MFA and SSO solutions across 170+ applications.
  • Configure and manage identity services across AD and Azure AD environments.
  • Integrate SAML/OIDC-based SSO and MFA solutions with enterprise applications.
  • Support third-party identity provider integrations as needed.
  • Collaborate with security, application development, and technical teams.
  • Provide ongoing troubleshooting and ticket support for MFA/SSO issues.
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices for identity management.
