What you’ll do Provide technical support for Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to Windows systems. Perform system upgrades and patches to ensure security and optimal performance. Maintain and manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and user accounts. Collaborate with team members to support network and server infrastructure. Monitor system performance and implement performance-tuning measures. Assist in the development and implementation of technology policies and procedures. Document technical processes and create user guides for common issues. Provide end-user training and support for Windows applications and tools. Participate in on-call support rotation and respond to emergency situations as needed. Utilize VMware technologies to manage and optimize virtualized environments. What’s REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a support engineer. Experience with VMware technologies, such asVMware vSphere or ESXi. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows Server 2016/2019). Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell. Knowledge of network protocols and services, such as DNS, DHCP, or TCP/IP.
