Description

As a Windows SysAd L2 – Mid, you will maintain Windows servers and support Active Directory, ensuring secure and stable operations. You will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting production environments while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance performance and reliability. What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed Maintain Active Directory and virtual servers. Configure and troubleshoot Windows servers and group policies. Support production environments, ensuring security and stability. Assist with system design improvements and performance enhancements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on applications and patching. We'd Love to Hear From You If... Experience You have around three years of experience in Windows administration. You have supported production environments and contributed to system improvements. Technical Expertise You are skilled in Windows Server administration. You have strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy. You are familiar with DNS and DHCP. You have experience with VMware virtual environments. You are proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting. Ways of Working You solve problems independently and take ownership of tasks. You collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. You communicate clearly and document processes for consistency. You adapt flexibly to operational requirements and continuous improvement initiatives. You maintain a proactive approach to system stability and security. Assignment Details Contract Duration: 5 years (1 Jul 2026 – 30 Jun 2031) Shift: 24×7 support for Tier‑1 & Tier‑2; 8×5 for Tier‑3 non‑production
