Description

As a Windows SysAd L2 – Senior, you will lead Windows system administration, ensuring the security, stability, and scalability of server environments. You will design and maintain Active Directory, manage virtualised environments, and act as a technical expert guiding teams and projects. What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory group policies, login scripts, DNS, and DHCP. Build and configure Windows and VMware servers, maintaining virtual environments. Provide production support to ensure the security and stability of the environment. Participate in system design improvements and performance enhancements, including disaster recovery planning. Collaborate with database and network administrators to implement new enterprise applications. Act as a technical expert, mentoring help desk staff and leading large‑scale projects. We'd Love to Hear From You If... Experience You have five or more years of experience in Windows server administration. You have a proven track record in Active Directory management. Technical Expertise You are proficient with Windows Server (2012/2016/2019). You have strong knowledge of Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. You are experienced with VMware and virtual environment management. You are skilled in PowerShell scripting. You have expertise in disaster recovery planning and system design improvements. Ways of Working You lead teams confidently, mentoring and guiding staff to success. You collaborate effectively across disciplines, including database and network teams. You communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. You adapt flexibly to a 24×7 operational environment. You proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and performance enhancements. Assignment Details Contract Duration: 5 years (1 Jul 2026 – 30 Jun 2031) Shift: 24×7 support for Tier‑1 & Tier‑2; 8×5 for Tier‑3 non‑production
