What you will do with us

• Installation, configuration and management of end devices and servers (Windows and Linux)
• Administration of Windows Active Directory, Office 365 including MS Azure and Intune (MDM)
• Administration and management of storage and backup systems
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support for our employees, including documentation in the ticketing system.
• Error analysis and troubleshooting
• Database management (MSSQL and Postgres)
• Planning, execution and documentation of IT projects
• Communication with external service providers and partners
