Description JOB TITLE: Windsor Bartender JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an enthusiastic person to provide an excellent guest beverage experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding guests needs and expectations. PRIMARY DUTIES & FUNCTIONS: Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to guests at the bar and for service Maintain stock of liquor and bar supplies Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks Daily cleaning tasks Set up and break down bars banquet Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 18 years of age. AVAILABILTY: Schedule flexible to meet needs. Skytop Lodge offers many amenities for employees and families! Part-time, Full-time, and Seasonal positions QUALIFICATIONS: Must have 6+ month of experience working in a full service Must have an open mind while handling customer service Must be able to work alone, without supervision and be self-motivated Must be able to work in a team Ability to speak and understand English Perform duties quickly and efficiently Excellent communications skills Must be able to stand entire shift PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to work and be “on your feet” for long hours each day. Must be able to lift and carry trays ranging in weight from one (1) to fifty (50) pounds. Must be able to assist in the moving of furniture when setups for meals or special functions are in process. HAZARDS ENCOUNTERED: Spills or grease on walking surfaces; broken glassware or china; hot food, dished and beverages.
