Greywind is in search of a dedicated and outgoing Wine and Service Manager to curate the wine list and help lead our service team in creating a one-of-a-kind guest experience.

  • Greywind - Greenmarket-driven restaurant with American cuisine featuring seasonal, local ingredients at the forefront creating a playful, modern take on recognizable dishes using bold, unexpected flavors.
  • The Bakery at Greywind - An all day bakery featuring a seasonal selection of housemade breads, baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, tea, salads and sandwiches.
  • Spygold – An intimate, firelit cocktail bar featuring modern versions of classic favorites highlighting seasonal ingredients and local, artisanal spirits.

Responsibilities

As the Wine and Service Manager, you will primarily be responsible for providing a managerial presence on the restaurant floor during service. The Service Manager will support the FOH management team to ensure line staff perform as required to create an enjoyable, casual dining experience for guests while maintaining high standards of service. This role also acts as a sommelier in service, maintains inventory of and curates the wine list, and has a large focus on staff education.
The Service Manager will also assist the Food & Beverage Director with the administration of day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including implementing and ensuring adherence to company policies and completing special projects.
