We are seeking a Wine Bar Manager to lead our team, ensuring superior customer experiences, and smooth day-to-day operations.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in bar management or similar roles within the food service industry.
  • Strong background in restaurant management with knowledge of quick service & fast food restaurants as well as fine dining establishments.
  • Experience in supervising staff, including training & development, shift management, and interviewing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
  • Experience in banquet and event promotions.

Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the wine bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth service flow.
  • Staff Leadership: Hire, train, and schedule bartenders, servers, and support staff; foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
  • Wine Club Oversight: Collaborate with ownership to coordinate events for club members, manage renewals, promotions, and outreach.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory of wine/beer, food, and disposables. Work with owners and/or sommeliers to curate the wine list.
  • Guest Experience: Maintain a warm, knowledgeable presence on the floor; engage with guests to provide wine recommendations and education.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and track sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws, health regulations, and company policies.
  • Marketing & Events: Assist with promotions, wine tastings, and special events to build community engagement and drive traffic.
